How the Process Works
From first enquiry to course completion
Here is what actually happens when you partner with us on an English‑for‑government programme.
A short discovery call: We need to understand your KPIs, your learners’ needs, and your programme goals. We’ll ask how this is funded, what certification or reporting you need, and any constraints around times, venues, or learner availability.
Decide on Format:This could be one‑to‑one, group, online, or blended learning, depending on your learners’ English level, learning objectives, and funding requirements. We may carry out a needs analysis or a language assessment to align the course with your KPIs and make sure learners are placed at the right level.
Set Up & Logistics: We set up the schedule, share login details (if online), and send an overview of the content and learning outcomes. For funded programmes, we can align with ACELS or other relevant standards so that the course meets certification and reporting expectations.
Start the Course: Your team participates in structured lessons tailored to public‑sector work, training, and everyday communication. Tutors provide ongoing feedback and support, and we can track attendance, engagement, and progress against your KPIs. For managers, that means measurable outcomes and evidence that the funded hours are being used effectively. We provide progress updates which include monthly attendance reports and teacher feedback on learner engagement.
End the Course: We will send you a final overall report and individual certification for each learner, where appropriate. If needed, we can also help you demonstrate the impact of the funded hours to stakeholders, funding bodies, or internal teams.
English for Diplomats and Public Service Officials
Public service officials, diplomats, and embassy staff require precise English for formal correspondence, international negotiations, policy briefings, and cross-cultural diplomacy. Our tailored training addresses these demands with simulations of diplomatic briefings and high-stakes negotiations, alongside precise report writing and protocol phrasing, delivered via flexible hybrid formats to suit demanding schedules.
We partner with international organisations and government departments to upskill teams and prepare them for seamless global communication. We track progress against clear KPIs like improved fluency in simulations, attendance and engagement throughout the training.
Success Stories from Our Clients
Trusted Results from a Public Body
In 2025, Everywhere English created and implemented a 12-week training for non-native English speakers through South Tipperary Development CLG. The aim was to help them improve their employment opportunities in Ireland. The programme focused on workplace communication, business English, cultural integration, and interview preparation, with access to the Everywhere English learning platform, 2 hours per week of live lessons, and self-paced homework assignments. The training proved successful, leading to a new cohort this year.
“We wanted to support our clients in improving their English proficiency to enhance their employment prospects and overall career development. The primary challenge our clients faced was psychological – overcoming the mental barrier to feel at ease and confident in their language abilities, particularly in spontaneous conversation. Based on their feedback, there has been a noticeable increase in both confidence and overall progress in their English communication skills. I would recommend Everywhere English. I appreciate the company’s high level of professionalism, accountability, and the quality of course’s delivery.”
