The Challenge

Before working with Everywhere English, some team members were finding it difficult to follow processes and procedures in full. Health and safety is non-negotiable in this sector — every instruction matters. Communication gaps were creating slowdowns on the job and adding pressure to daily operations.

The Approach

Everywhere English delivered tailored lessons built around practical workplace communication, including health and safety language and customer-facing interactions for front-of-house staff. Sessions were one-to-one and online, with access to our self-study platform available around the clock. Learners were assessed every 12 weeks to track real progress.
