Step 1 | Choose your team
Choose your team to participate in the English Learning Program.
How to choose?
When considering your team, ask yourself these questions:
1. Do they struggle with English?
2. Do they encounter miscommunication issues at work?
3. Do they have the motivation to learn and succeed?
4. Do they have the time to commit?
Don’t worry about timing and shift patterns, we will help with this!
Step 2 | Choose the Groups
Choose how many groups you’d like. Each group will have a weekly time to join their live lessons. The more groups you have, the more flexible it is for your team. Please note that the subscription is per group. We recommend 10 to 12 learners per group.
For example, if you have 20 on your team, choose 2 groups. This will allow for small-sized interactive classes, and two times to choose from in case of shift swapping.
Step 3 | Subscribe
If you’re not sure of your answers in steps 1 and 2, book a consultation with us and we’ll talk you through it. If you’re good to go or have already talked with one of us, then simply click the subscribe button below, and enter the number of employees and the number of groups.
